Once 'unwanted' goods are received, the consumer has a 7 working day cancellation period. The consumers' right to reject starts from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. All cancellations must be put in writing to our Customer Services department by post, fax or email stating the reason for cancellation. The right given to the consumer by the Distance Selling Regulation is a cancellation right i.e. a right to cancel the contract. Whether the consumer has returned the goods or not, a full refund less the initial shipping charges will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We request that the goods are returned at the consumer's cost, and if they are not returned, we will collect them and deduct the costs from the refund. The goods must be unused and in original condition/packaging and with your Morpheus Products receipt, and must be received back within 14 days from the date of cancellation. For your protection, please ensure you obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods you are returning, as Morpheus Products cannot be held responsible for any products lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
